KD General Construction Inc provides general construction, roof replacements, siding installations, rough framing, finish carpentry, and home addition construction services throughout Eastern Massachusetts, Southern New Hampshire, and Coastal Maine.
3. Estimates, Quotes & Binding Contracts
All online or verbal project estimates provided through our 3-step form are preliminary. Final binding project agreements, pricing, schedules, and warranties are formalized via signed written contracts prior to the start of physical construction work.
4. Client Responsibilities & Site Access
Clients agree to provide clear, unobstructed access to the work area on scheduled construction dates, ensure proper property boundaries, and comply with agreed payment schedules as specified in the formal project proposal.
5. Licensing, Insurance & Warranties
KD General Construction Inc operates as a fully licensed and insured contractor in accordance with Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Maine regulations. Manufacturer warranties for roofing shingles, siding panels, and materials are passed directly to property owners upon project completion.
6. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any contractual agreements with KD General Construction Inc shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
